The process is simple….
- Participate in an opening conference;
- Participate in a workplace walkthrough survey;
- Participate in a closing conference;
- Receive a report of findings.

Some of the services The Beacon Group provides are as follows:
· Ergonomic Services: We can evaluate specific workstations and identify engineering and administrative controls to reduce back injuries, cumulative trauma and other injuries associated with ergonomically undesirable risk factors.
· Employee Development Programs: We can help develop custom training programs which focus on workers compensation benefits/education or risk specific areas such as safe driving and hazard communication;
· Training Materials: We can provide you with a wide selection of videos and safety talks to help train employees. Training materials are supplemented through our affiliation with Summit Training (online programs and video rentals), and PMA online seminars through Webex.
· Post-Accident Loss Control: We will provide assistance in the development of a Return-To- Work Program and physician panels.
· Fleet Program Review: In coordination with the insurance carrier we will review current fleet safety programs and assist in developing a custom program based on your special risk control needs.
· Driver Training Support Materials: We can provide you with a wide selection of videos and driver coaching talks/handouts to help train your employees.
